Job Summary
Coordinate, plan and assist with resident activity programs; provide one-to-one programming for residents who cannot participate in groups; assist with decorating for holidays and carrying out special events; collaborate with the Activities Director and other staff to support activities and events; maintain equipment and storage areas; assist in activities in the absence of the Activities Director; help with quarterly events involving residents, families, and the community; leverage community resources to enhance residents’ quality of life.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- state certified activities training program or one or more years of direct programming experience with older adults (helpful)
- Valid driver’s license, and access to a private vehicle for business use may be required
