Job Summary
Provide planning and execution of recreational and therapeutic activities for elderly residents; collaborate with the Activities Director to develop, plan, and implement diverse activities; lead individual and group sessions (arts and crafts, bingo, music therapy, chair exercises, cognitive games, social events); assist with mobility and personal care during activities; monitor participation and document progress; plan special events and celebrate holidays and community outings; foster social engagement and emotional support; collaborate with nursing and dietary staff to align activities with residents' medical needs; maintain a clean and safe activity environment; demonstrate creativity, flexibility, and understanding of dementia and Alzheimer's care.
