Job Summary
Plan and execute diverse recreational and therapeutic activities for residents, including arts and crafts, games, and music programs. Collaborate with the Activities Director to develop a monthly calendar and foster community interaction through one-on-one support for those needing assistance. Document resident participation records and maintain accurate logs. This role supports aging guests and their families in a Brentwood facility, offering full-time 32-hour scheduling from Wednesday to Saturday.

- Ability to read, write and comprehend English
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
