Job Summary
Plan, organize, and lead recreational, therapeutic, and social activities for residents, including games, crafts, exercise, and holiday events. Encourage participation in individual and group programs while maintaining activity calendars and attendance records. Assist with activity assessments, care plans, and documentation, observing changes in resident participation to support their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Maintain supplies and equipment in a clean, safe condition while collaborating with other departments for special events and regulatory compliance. Treat all residents with dignity, uphold confidentiality, and promptly report concerns or grievances.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to organize activities and engage residents with varying cognitive and physical abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience working with seniors, long-term care, assisted living, or activities
