Activities Assistant

Implement and complete activities programs for residents while focusing on individual preferences. Work directly with residents on units without direct supervision to organize supplies, set up program areas, and assist residents with program locations and unit returns. Maintain high standards of patient safety, privacy, and cleanliness by documenting resident participation and attendance. Be familiar with established emergency procedures and perform any other duties assigned by the Director of Activities. This role supports the activities team in creating a positive patient experience within a trusted long-term care facility in East Syracuse, NY.
