Job Summary
Organize programs for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care residents based on individualized needs and facilitate group activities, 1-1 visits, and community events. Assist in developing resident activity programs by coordinating schedules with other departments, preparing monthly Life Enrichment calendars, and organizing supplies and equipment. Invites and assists residents within the community to and from activities, including driving company vehicles for outings. Maintain a balance of recreational activities, supervise volunteers as necessary, and report any resident condition changes requiring nursing intervention to the Wellness Director immediately. Prepare monthly progress reports as directed by the Life Enrichment Coordinator.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Must have a clean driving record through the DMV
