Job Summary
Salus Lifestyle Coordinator (Activities Assistant) supports the Salus Lifestyle Coach by delivering a diverse program of individual and group activities for Residents, engaging them in cultural, spiritual, physical, political, social and intellectual activities within the community; responsibilities include facilitating socialization, coordinating joint programs with staff and volunteers, planning and leading programs, organizing decorations for events and holidays, coordinating family functions and weekly excursions, arranging transportation for outings, training volunteers, and ensuring safety and smooth operation; must have activity-planning experience with seniors, creative activity skills, strong organizational abilities, a friendly demeanor, and a valid driver license with a clean record; role is part-time and based in Lake Mary, FL.
Required Qualifications

- Experienced in working with seniors
