Job Summary
Provide scheduled daily activities and plan special events for residents using a resident-centered approach. Lead games, music, crafts, and group programs while encouraging participation and social connection. Offer transportation to and companionship during community outings such as concerts, restaurants, and local group events. Create a warm, active, and engaging environment within the community. This role supports seniors in staying active, social, and enjoying their day through games, music, fitness, art, cultural celebrations, and local community programs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Friendly, positive attitude
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to drive a 15 passenger van / bus for resident transportation

- Experience with seniors
