Job Summary
Coordinate, develop, and maintain quality activity programs that enrich residents' lives through meaningful social engagement. Order supplies, track inventory, and provide bedside activities for those unable to attend scheduled events. Drive the community van as needed while observing, analyzing, and recording resident participation. Update calendars, prepare monthly activity schedules, and report concerns to the Activity Director. Comply with all state, federal, and safety standards while exemplifying our mission. Requires a high school diploma, one year of activity experience, a clean driving record, and CPR/First Aid certification. Competitive hourly wage, PTO, and comprehensive health benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 years of experience conducting activities
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Clean driving record
- Ability to drive a large resident passenger vehicle
Desired Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Prior experience in long-term care, home health or related service industries
