Job Summary
Participates with the Activities Director to create and maintain a multi-faceted daily/monthly calendar, leads activities and programs, assists with administrative tasks (posting calendars, updating sign-up sheets, ordering supplies), and promotes resident participation. Seeks motivation for each resident to engage in activities/events, facilitates community projects, and may transport residents using company vehicles if applicable. Requires energetic, personable, creative, and empathetic communication; strong knowledge of aging and ability to motivate residents; equal opportunity employment mindset.
