Job Summary
Plan and execute patient activities to enrich the lives of residents, making one-on-one visits to encourage participation and interacting with volunteers. Assist the Live Enrichment Director in organizing events, including transporting patients to scheduled activities outside the facility. Maintain professional appearance and behavior while delivering excellent customer service to diverse personalities. Complete pre-employment screening, physical examination, and required orientation and training. Follow written and verbal instructions strictly. Possess a current driver's license and good driving record. Part-time schedule includes 2-3 weekdays plus every other weekend at $15.00/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a current driver's license and good driving record
- Are professional in appearance and behavior
- Successfully complete pre-employment process and screening
- Able to pass physical examination given in behalf of gainful employment within the facility
- Satisfactorily pass through required orientation and training
- Be able to follow written and/or verbal instructions
Desired Qualifications
- Have previous experience in healthcare/patient activities (preferred)
- Have good communication skills
- Are passionate about delivering excellent customer service
