Organize and run spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming to keep residents engaged and fulfilled. Promote upcoming community events, participate in activities like games and music, and utilize social media and newsletters to showcase daily happenings. Help set up and break down events, and those 21 or over may occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents. Required Qualifications
