Activities Assistant (P/T)

Create a monthly activity calendar in large print and ensure copies are placed in each resident's room. Interview residents or families to gather preferences, then coordinate and assist them in reaching activity locations within the facility. Conduct scheduled activities to promote physical, social, and mental well-being, while documenting attendance and progress notes. Observe resident mood and behavior, reporting changes to the Activities Director, and assist with in-room programs or offsite field trips as needed. Coordinate activity requests with other departments and assist with Resident/Family Council meetings. This part-time role supports Admiral Health & Rehab's mission to advance healthcare through a close-knit, compassionate team environment.
