Job Summary
Complete documentation and maintain attendance records for each resident as directed by the Activity Director. Lead group activities and work individually with residents who do not participate in groups, while coordinating with nursing and dietary disciplines. Keep all supplies and equipment orderly and clean, maintaining confidentiality of resident files and family situations. Project a positive attitude to promote the facility and its staff and residents. Each activity staff person will be assigned an additional list of responsibilities based on their talents and capabilities. Required Qualifications
- Must enjoy working with the elderly
- Must possess a positive ability to work with others
- Must be in good health
- Must have no lifting restrictions
- Must be neat and clean
- Must be willing and able to learn
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet work demands

- Must promote the facility and its staff/residents in a positive manner
