Job Summary
Plan and execute diverse recreational and therapeutic activities for residents, including arts and crafts, games, and music programs. Collaborate with the Activities Director to develop a monthly calendar and provide one-on-one support to those needing assistance. Foster community interaction among residents while documenting their participation. Engage creatively to maintain a lively atmosphere, with comprehensive training provided for this per-diem role.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write and comprehend English
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Long-Term Care or senior living setting
