Job Summary
Plan and lead recreational and social activities to enhance residents' physical, mental, and emotional well-being; assist the Activities Director with creating and posting monthly activity calendars; interview residents and families to identify interests; escort residents to activities; facilitate group and one-on-one activities; document participation in progress notes; observe mood and behavior changes; assist with off-site outings and events; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; support Resident and Family Council meetings and quality assurance initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CNA License (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting
