Activities Assistant

Planning and implementing activities for residents (games, exercise programs, art classes, and social events), developing individualized activity plans through assessments, and promoting residents’ physical and emotional well-being to enhance quality of life. Responsibilities include tailoring activities to interests and abilities, maintaining records of participation and progress, and collaborating with other staff; flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred; ability to lift/move residents up to 50 pounds; strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
