Activities Assistant Manager

Job Summary
Oversee and supervise the Activities and/or Recreation departments at Big Cedar Lodge, planning, organizing, and day-to-day operations of guest-facing recreational activities, events and programs. Responsible for safety, budget management, supervising Activities Coordinators, and partnering with other departments to create positive and engaging guest experiences. Maintain facilities and spaces (e.g., Kids’ Club, pools, fitness center, outdoor amenities) to brand standards; hire/develop leadership for coordinators; evaluate and develop new activities to exceed guest expectations while ensuring safe operations.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree or higher preferred;
- Chauffer’s Driver License
- CPR and First Aid (or ability to obtain)
