Job Summary
Life Enrichment Assistant to support the Life Enrichment Director in coordinating and conducting resident activities at The Rawlin at Riverbend Memory Care in Springfield, OR. Responsibilities include providing activity programming to enhance residents' lives, creating monthly activity calendars and newsletters, and possibly driving the community van for outings. Ensure privacy, respect, and dignity; follow infection control procedures; complete required training upon hire and annually. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and English proficiency. The role is full-time (32 hours/week) with competitive wages and growth opportunities.
