Job Summary
Plan, schedule, and coordinate resident activities including special events across Lifestyles, Health Services, Embrace the World, and Memory Care programs monthly. Lead daily resident activities per community standards and provide individual and group educational opportunities on disease prevention and management. Promote a healthy community culture for residents and staff while preparing and distributing monthly calendars. Execute diverse programs for newly retired seniors, those needing physical assistance, and residents with varying stages of memory loss. Obtain a CDL within six months of employment. Hourly rate is $17.00 with rotating weekends and holiday rotations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree preferred
- Six (6) months experience working with seniors in activities/life enrichment preferred
