Job Summary
Activities (Vitality) Assistant in Memory Care supports whole-person wellness by coordinating and leading activities that enrich residents’ minds, bodies, and spirits. Communicates the Vitality philosophy to staff and residents, ensures compliance with regulations, and embodies Generations’ Mission, Vision, and Values. Full-time day shift (9:00 am–7:00 pm) on-site in National City, CA, with weekend/holiday availability; requires compassionate communication, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and high school diploma or equivalent. Certifications such as Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide are a plus; CPR/First Aid training available upon hire.
