Job Summary
Develop, implement, and encourage resident activities for patients; direct and lead individual and group activities, leveraging healthcare experience to enhance resident engagement. Requires a valid VA driver’s license, ability to work nights and weekends, strong written/verbal communication, and leadership. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in directing individual and group activities
- Prior healthcare experience
- A valid VA driver’s license
- Ability to understand both written and verbal instructions
- Must be able to work nights and weekends as needed
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse types of people
- Leadership skills
