Job Summary
Develop and implement activities for residents, directing both individual and group programs to foster engagement. Encourage resident participation while maintaining a compassionate, family-oriented approach to care. Prior healthcare experience is preferred, along with the ability to understand written and verbal instructions. A valid VA driver's license is required, and the role involves working nights and weekends as needed. Full-time employment includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, PTO, and a 401K.
