Develop, implement, and encourage resident activities in collaboration with the Activities Director. Role supports patients and families by providing engaging, meaningful activities as part of a compassionate care team. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior healthcare experience, and a valid VA driver’s license. Must be able to work nights and weekends; strong communication and leadership abilities are essential.
