Job Summary
Activities Assistant at Hampden Post Acute in Wilbraham, MA. Responsibilities include documenting daily participation in residents' scheduled programs; promoting residents' social, physical, and intellectual well-being; assisting in planning, developing, organizing, and implementing recreation programs; participating in community marketing events; supporting resident care goals within the multidisciplinary team; communicating residents' mood or involvement to team members; handling administrative tasks (audits, forms, reports); aiding setup/cleanup and decoration for events; assisting and transporting residents to activities. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, and 18+ years old; weekend availability is required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
