Job Summary
Plan and implement a variety of activities, including games, arts and crafts, fitness classes, and social events to promote socialization and engagement among residents. Create and organize programs tailored to residents' interests and abilities while encouraging participation and inclusion. Develop relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure a positive environment, and collaborate with dietary and maintenance departments for seamless resident experiences. Work Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm with every third Sunday off.
Required Qualifications
