Job Summary
Facilitate daily events and programming to meet residents' social, spiritual, and therapeutic needs through activities, community group interaction, and one-on-one engagement. Implement resident Plans of Care, adapt tasks with prompts and grading to maximize participation, and document progress notes into the Matrix. Work under the Director of Activities to enhance quality of life for elderly residents while maintaining composure in stressful situations. Requires a valid WI driver's license, strong communication skills, and the ability to plan and implement crafts. Join a not-for-profit team dedicated to fostering positive relationships and providing long-term and rehabilitation care.
Required Qualifications
- Sixteen years of age (min)
- Must be English literate and possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid WI Drivers License
