Job Summary
Develop engaging activity programs for patients, including those with dementia, while completing assessments and documentation in a timely manner. Motivate residents to participate in these initiatives and provide direct and indirect care within a 24-hour post-acute facility. This role supports the geriatric population at NHC HealthCare Garden City, where the team values integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
