Job Summary
Lead group and independent activities for the resident population while assisting in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs. Align all programs with the resident's assessment and care plan, ensuring multi-tasking and individualized attention to unique needs. Work four days a week (Thursday through Sunday) with flexibility, covering shifts from 8 AM to 4 PM. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to plan and lead groups, with experience in activity programming, dementia care, or long-term care environments preferred.
