Job Summary
Generate ideas for new and favorite experiences to drive residents' interest in a dynamic lifestyle. Team up with the Activities Coordinator to prepare and plan on-site and off-site events. Venture out with residents to theaters, museums, sporting events, restaurants, and special destinations. Guide volunteers to create meaningful impact while promoting a positive, enthusiastic environment to motivate resident engagement. Full-time varied schedule including 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, and 11am-7pm shifts. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and ability to operate various company vehicles. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with no major violations in the past three years
- Ability to drive a variety of company vehicles, including cars, vans, and 14-passenger buses
