Job Summary
Create and adhere to a monthly activity calendar while organizing programming that maintains residents' physical conditioning and health. Transport and supervise residents on outings, shopping trips, and medical visits, and serve and assist them in the dining room daily. Screen, recruit, and coordinate volunteers, and assist new employees through mentoring. Observe and report daily changes in residents' health and emotional conditions, and immediately report safety hazards to the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to two years related experience
- related training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
