Job Summary
Conduct activities with residents to keep them informed, entertained, and engaged, assisting them with mobility and escorting them throughout the building. Interact one-on-one outside structured program times, document attendance and involvement, and act as a positive representative displaying courtesy and respect. Perform other related tasks as needed while maintaining a valid driver's license and DOT certificate. This full-time role includes days Monday-Friday and every other Sunday, with a wage range of $18.50-$20.00 per hour. Located at Regent at Burnsville in Burnsville, MN, the position offers experience-based raises, tuition assistance, and comprehensive health benefits within a nonprofit senior care organization.
Required Qualifications
- Will need to obtain a DOT Certificate upon hire
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Able to be adaptable, able to think on your feet
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a Memory Care facility preferred
