Activities Assistant

Create and adhere to a monthly activity calendar to maintain physical conditioning and overall health for residents. Coordinate special events, transport and supervise residents on outings, and assist in dining room service daily. Screen, recruit, and train volunteers while observing and reporting daily changes in resident health and emotional conditions. Provide training and guidance to staff, assist in mentoring new employees, and act as a facilitator at resident council meetings. Maintain a clean, safe environment and respond promptly to resident requests, ensuring compliance with all policies and emergency procedures.
