Assist the activity director in implementing an activity program to meet each resident's needs and maintain resources for their activity requirements. Facilitate recreational and therapeutic activities to enhance health and daily routines while encouraging resident participation. Communicate with residents, families, and the healthcare team and assist with required record keeping. This role supports a 71-bed skilled nursing community in Corydon, IA, offering part-time shifts.
