Job Summary
Assist the activity director in implementing an activity program to meet each resident's needs and maintain resources for individual activity requirements. Facilitate recreational and therapeutic activities to enhance health and daily routines while encouraging participation. Communicate with residents, families, and the healthcare team and assist with required record keeping. Interact effectively with all stakeholders to ensure a fulfilling environment for our residents.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- A strong commitment to helping others and consistently treating them with empathy, respect, patience, and discretion
- An interest in making everyday FUN and fulfilling for our residents
