Job Summary
Conduct daily activities and provide transportation services to and from appointments for residents at Brownsburg Meadows Assisted Living. Create engaging, age-appropriate activities that suit different physical and cognitive abilities while balancing multiple schedules and activity prep. Safely transport residents in and out of the vehicle utilizing ramps, wheelchair tie downs, and lifts with full attention to safety and secure travel. Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values of compassion, accountability, relationships, and excellence to residents, families, and staff. Requires a high school diploma, operator's license, and age 25 or older; CNA certification preferred. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months' related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be 25 years or older
- Operator's license in good standing
