Activities Assistant

Assist the Activities Director in planning, coordinating, and implementing therapeutic activity programs to meet group and individual patient needs. Provide daily activities throughout the day to keep residents engaged and motivated, while adapting recreation programs to match their capabilities and interests. Organize outside activities and facilitate monthly resident council meetings to foster socialization and confidence. Direct activities that help residents develop interpersonal relationships and participate effectively in group settings. Maintain a clean, safe, and dignified environment for all residents. Full-time role with excellent wages in a supportive team environment.
