Job Summary
Leads assigned activity programs and provides a variety of recreational activities for residents in assisted living/memory care communities; develops programs for residents including those confined to rooms; engages residents to encourage participation; maintains event schedules and bulletin boards; greets new residents and fosters social connections; plans parties/seasonal decorations, supports census initiatives, and maintains activity records in compliance with state law; may drive company vehicle as needed; weekend availability required; offers comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
- Able to write simple correspondence
- Able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed
- Weekends required
