Job Summary
Conduct resident activities, assessments, and profile management. Schedule movies, plan parties, and provide games and crafts to encourage social participation. Organize religious services and engage residents in recreational programs. Assist the Community Life Director in expanding services and implementing new concepts to improve systems. Maintain an active Florida CNA license and current driver's license. Work in a resident and family-focused environment at Aviata Health Group's University Hills facility.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- active CNA license with the State of Florida
- current unencumbered valid state driver's license
