Job Summary
Create engaging, age-appropriate activities for memory care residents while balancing daily schedules and supporting their emotional and social needs. Connect with seniors to ensure they feel seen, heard, and valued, collaborating closely with the care team to provide holistic support. Manage time effectively across multiple residents and activity preparations. This role requires a CNA and takes place every other weekend from 10a-6p. American Senior Communities has served the community since 2000, prioritizing Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
