Job Summary
Create engaging, age-appropriate activities tailored to residents' physical and cognitive abilities while balancing daily schedules and activity preparation. Connect deeply with seniors to understand their emotional and social needs, fostering an environment where they feel seen, heard, and valued. Collaborate closely with the care team to support residents holistically, ensuring excellent care aligns with C.A.R.E. values of compassion, accountability, relationships, and excellence. Complete a State-approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months' related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Successful completion of a State approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program
- a CNA competency evaluation program approved by the State
- This training can also be provided by the community
