Activities Assistant (85854)

Conduct activities with residents, maintain department logs, and communicate resident-centered care principles to families, physicians, and allied health professionals. Plan activities as directed by the supervisor and collaborate with resident and family councils. Direct and supervise volunteers, assist with dietary needs when requested, and support the Activities Director in program delivery. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally and assisting with resident transfers.
