Job Summary
Facilitate daily in-house activities for consumers to enhance quality of life and assist with outings to shopping centers, movies, and community events. Adhere to all Activity Policies, Procedures, and Federal and State regulations while maintaining related records, documents, and schedules. Must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver's license with a good driving record, and be comfortable driving a 12-seat van. Requires a high school diploma, English proficiency, and experience in a mental health residential environment; bilingual ability is a plus. Compensation is $18 per hour for part-time weekend second shift hours, with potential weekly coverage opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Activities experience, preferably in a mental health residential environment
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to speak, read and write English
- Comfortable driving 12 seat van
- Have valid Driver's License and a good driving record (we will run MVR check on Driver's License)
- Must have compassion and understanding of psychiatric population
