Job Summary
Provide resident-centered activities in a Pole Creek Estates Long-Term Care setting by following individual care plans, performing and documenting activities, and promoting a homelike, safe environment. Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality of records; participate in education programs; be available for weekends/holidays; and maintain professional appearance and growth within a part-time role at Sidney Regional Medical Center’s care team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Certified by a State of Nebraska approved Activities Director course
- Encouraged to obtain a license as a Nurse Aide in the State of Nebraska
- Must have a valid Driver’s License to operate the passenger bus for activities
- Must work occasional weekends and holidays
- Must be Basic Life Support (BLS) certified
