Job Summary
Assist in planning and leading recreational and therapeutic activities while encouraging resident participation in group and individual programs. Help with holiday celebrations, community events, and outings, and transport residents to and from activities as needed. Maintain activity supplies and documentation to promote a positive, resident-centered atmosphere. This role supports daily operations at Oak Hill Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Greensburg, PA, fostering an engaging environment for seniors through meaningful interactions and special events.
