Job Summary
Deliver and lead life enrichment programs, evaluating guests' backgrounds and needs to design meaningful activities that promote health and well-being. Encourage attendance and transport to group and one-on-one sessions while promoting hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions. Develop thematic and holiday decorations throughout the facility and engage guests through games, crafts, and creative ideas. Full-time or part-time roles available with rotating weekends and holidays, offering $14.85 per hour plus Hero Pay and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- English Speaking

- 1+ year of related experience in long term care preferred
- Associates in Music or Recreational Therapy is preferred
