Job Summary
Deliver and lead life enrichment programs daily, promoting hospitality and excellent customer service with guests, families, and visitors. Assist and facilitate group and one-on-one activities, encouraging attendance and transport while evaluating individual needs, abilities, and interests to curate therapeutic experiences. Develop thematic and holiday decorations throughout the facility to enhance the healing environment. This full-time role supports the EPIC team at Dimondale Nursing Care Center, focusing on physical and mental health well-being through games, music, arts, and crafts.
