Job Summary
Deliver and lead life enrichment programs, including games, crafts, and thematic decorations, while promoting hospitality and a positive healing environment for guests, families, and visitors. Evaluate patients based on their background, interests, abilities, and physical limitations to ensure meaningful participation, and encourage attendance and transport to scheduled activities. This part-time role at Hoyt Nursing & Rehab Centre in Saginaw, MI, offers 8-hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays. Starting wages are $14.00 per hour with yearly increases, plus benefits including tuition reimbursement up to $5,000 annually, medical with no deductible, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k matching.
