Job Summary
Deliver and lead life enrichment programs, promoting hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors. Encourage attendance and transport to activities, while evaluating patients based on their background, interests, abilities, and physical limitations to select meaningful programs. Develop and display thematic and holiday decorations throughout the facility. This part-time role offers day, afternoon, or evening shifts with rotating weekends and some holidays. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, plus $0.85 hero pay, with base wages ranging from $15.15 to $16.95. Opportunities include career advancement, up to $2,500 in tuition reimbursement, and 401k with employer match.
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of related experience in long term care preferred
- Associates in Music or Recreational Therapy is preferred
