Activities Aide

Part-time Activities Aide at Montello Care Center in Montello, WI, will assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational, social, and educational programs for residents under the direction of the Activity Director. Responsibilities include coordinating special events and outings, encouraging resident participation, assisting in setup and cleanup of activity areas, documenting resident participation, maintaining activity equipment and supplies, and attending staff meetings and training. Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
